Unfortunately, my stay at Sogo Buendia was quite disappointing. While the rooms were spacious and reasonably clean, the overall service left a lot to be desired. I had issues with basic amenities, and the communication from staff was lacking. The location on the fifth floor without proper stair access was quite inconvenient, especially with the elevator problems. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable or reliable stay.
